Lingerie Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie items (including bras, panties, shapewear, and intimate apparel) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. This policy helps ensure the quality and cleanliness of our products for all our customers.

If there is an issue with your lingerie item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Clothing Returns & Exchanges

For non-intimate clothing (such as dresses, tops, skirts, and outerwear), we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange for clothing:

  1. Please email us at design.mareedreams@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if applicable.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exclusions

  • Sale items or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items returned without prior authorization or outside of the stated timeframes may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at design.mareedreams@gmail.com with details and pictures of the issue. We will arrange for a return and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
